Vincent J. Shanley attended Boston schools before graduating from Boston College in 1972 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. He received his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in 1976 and was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in January of 1977. He worked in state government for six years before embarking on a lobbying career in 1979.

Jeffrey Fleming attended Boston College High School prior to graduating from Boston College in 1969 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. Upon graduation, he attended the Boston College School of Management. He has worked in state government affairs as a registered lobbyist for over 20 years.

Stephen A. Boksanski graduated from Framingham State College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 1989 and earned an MBA from the University of Massachusetts in 1998. Steve worked as a legislative aide, the chief of staff, and as legislative director for three members of the state senate while at the State House. He has professional experience in both the public and private sectors and joined Shanley Fleming and Associates in February 1999. Steve was named a partner in January 2007.

Vincent C. Shanley graduated from Boston College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Upon graduating, Vincent worked on the budget in the Office of the Attorney General of Massachusetts. He then went on to gain experience in the private sector. Vincent joined Shanley Fleming and Associates in February 2001.

David D. Cahill joined the firm as a partner in October of 2007.  Prior to joining Shanley Fleming and Associates Dave worked as a registered lobbyist representing the interests of corporations, trade associations and non-profit organizations.  He also worked for the Massachusetts House of Representatives, where he served as a Research Analyst for the House Committee on Natural Resources, Research Director for the Committee on Local Affairs and as Research Director for the Committee on Bills in the Third Reading.  Dave graduated from Stonehill College with a degree Political Science.
